Coming Events presented or sponsored by Natural Systems Solutions.

Please note that Natural Systems Solutions, is a project of Attraction Retreat, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. We host these events because an informed and aware citizenry is necessary for democracy to work, because being involved in one's community is necessary for optimal health and sanity, and following the model Nature provides for sustainability if we just pay attention is the best way to achieve these goals. While some of these events have a cost associated with them, many of them are free or have a suggested donation amount. We simply ask that if you can afford to donate, which can be either money or time, toward keeping AR and its projects such as Natural Systems Solutions, Sweet Medicine Center, and Transition Industries available and functional, that you thoughtfully consider doing so. Our donors and volunteers are appreciated more than there are words for.

Campaign For Our Lives/Transition Pima meeting
1:45 pm - 4:00 pm
1929 N. Forgeus Ave, Tucson, AZ (East of Tucson Blvd, between Seneca and Elm)

Campaign For Our Lives, which started life as a project of Natural Systems Solutions, is now known as Transition Pima. Originally affiliated with Post Carbon Institute's Relocalization Network (which "merged" with Transition US in early 2009), we're a regional transition hub for Transition US. Our mission includes addressing the underlying and interconnected issues that are currently threatening our planet (Peak Oil, global warming, corporatism), and creating responses that are aligned with Earth's answers. Transition Pima is a place for people eager to work on building "lifeboats" to a sustainable future according to the principles of natural systems -- providing mutual support for reconnecting our lifestyles and relocalizing our social infrastructure. This path addresses the urgent need to transition our region into a sustainable, resilient communities that can survive and thrive in swiftly changing times.
